The terms and conditions also contain in detail about the contract between you and Rishikesh Vacation a registered company. Before making a booking with us please read these conditions and our general information carefully to avoid any kind of future miscommunication. Acceptance of our terms and conditions by email or fax is required to confirm your booking with us at the time of sending your deposit for travel arrangements you wish to book.

To make a booking you may call our team directly +91-81710-78888 / +91-1334-326265 or contact us via email at www.rishikeshvacation.com. There will be a consultant who will help you in selecting the travel arrangements as per your requirement and he will you offer the best price for the travel arrangements choosen by you. As soon as you make the payment for the travel arrangement you want and have confirmed the same by email or fax or by phone with any of our staff or agent your booking with Rishikesh Vacation will be confirmed and you too will receive a confirmation by mail as well as on phone. If you are booking a travel arrangements for more than one person, then make sure that you have the consent of consent of other accompanying guests to make the booking on their behalf and you are given the responsibilities to make all payments on the behalf of all guests travelling on the booking. As far as our booking condition is concerned in this case “You” is not a single person but is a person who is collectively making the payments for each and every individual traveling in the group on their behalf.

Rishikesh Vacation through it’s reasonable effort ensures that any written or oral instructions as mentioned in our terms and conditions are accurately reflected in the documentation provided to our client on the basis of which booking is done. We also ensure that any written or oral instructions as provided to us by the client is accurately reflected in the documents provided to our client for booking any particular travel arrangements. Please check the information we send you to ensure that it is accurate and reflects all the instructions you have given us. If there will be any error in the documents send to you by us for making any travel arrangement then that has to be rectified within 10 days via mail. If the same could not be done then we are not at all responsible for any kind of error.

The rates for your booking will be based upon our published tariff. The rates for supporting arrangements prior to or post the Rishikesh Vacation programmer that you book will be based upon the rates available to us at the time of booking. Rates that are quoted to you for Rishikesh Vacation services which is purchased through trusted partners and through agents will be valid for 7 days from the date they are issued and should be confirmed within this period.

Once your booking is done with Rishikesh Vacation and your deposit is received by Rishikesh Vacation after that there will be no change in your price except under circumstances where any new taxes is imposed on travel and travel suppliers by the Government of India and such a change is greater than 2% of your total arrangements booked with the company.

Payment of your booking can be done by debit/credit card or via direct transfer to our bank.

Once your booking is confirmed 25% of the total booking cost is to be paid at the time of confirmation of your booking. Booking will not be confirmed by Rishikesh Vacation unless the full amount of 25% is received by the company.

75% of the total booking is to be received 60 days prior to the commencement of your arrangements booked with us. Non receipt of final payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation and relevant cancellation charges will apply.

Bookings made within 60 days will require full payment at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

Rishikesh Vacation does not sell travel insurance and so will not be able to give advice on insurance policies content or effectiveness. It is highly advised that you should before going for tour purchase travel insurance through your selected insurance provider. Rishikesh Vacation will be unable to take responsibility for costs and liabilities that may result from your decision to travel without insurance, or insurance that may not be fully comprehensive for your needs.

Do sincerely inform us about any medical condition, special requirements or dietary requirement that may have a material or major impact on your capacity to enjoy your booked arrangements at the time of booking so that we may be able to provide accommodation as per special requirements and requests otherwise we will not be responsible for any loss of enjoyment that may arise from your failure to communicate these issues at the time of booking. Some of the areas where we operate are very remote and in those areas limited medical facilities are there so for those areas we reserve the right to refuse a booking where a medical condition may impair your ability to enjoy or fulfill your travel arrangements. Rishikesh Vacation will not be responsible for any shortening or modification to travel arrangements that result from a medical condition either pre-existing or occurring during your travel arrangements.

If you have any dietary requests our staff will normally be able to accommodate these but our liability will be limited onlyto that requests for which we have confirmed to you in writing our ability to fulfill them.

Once you have booked your travel arrangements with us, if you want any change then according to the possibilities that can be done even after receipt of your deposit subject to any charges that may be made by our suppliers if anything extra is required by you. Any change that requires an alteration of dates to any booking, including postponement may be treated as a cancellation and our cancellation policy will be applied by means of a notice given to you prior to your arrival.

In case your arrangements required to be changed because of a delayed, missed or cancelled international or domestic airline flight, rail or car journey we will provide every assistance to you to make the required changes to your travel arrangements, but you will have to bear the cost of such changes. Where your arrangements need to be changed, abandoned or curtailed because of circumstances beyond the control of Rishikesh Vacation , including but not limited to acts of god, strikes, civil commotion, war, terrorist activity, either threatened or actual, threat of war, natural or nuclear disaster and events beyond the reasonable control of Rishikesh Vacation, we will, depending upon whether you are in the country or due to travel, either make alternate arrangements or offer you alternate travel arrangements where available. If such events occur at the same time as you are already travelling in India the costs of such arrangements will be borne by you. Rishikesh Vacation is regrettably unable to pay compensation or take responsibility for any costs, losses and liabilities that may result from such events, where they affect the ability of Rishikesh Vacation to promptly and efficiently deliver its contracted arrangements to you or such events give rise to personal loss, injury, distress or death.

A binding contract comes into being between you and Rishikesh Vacation once you have accepted our terms and conditions and paid your deposit. The laws of the Republic of India will apply to this contract and to any dispute or claim which arises from it. Any dispute of claim that may arise will be exclusively dealt with by the courts of India. We reserve the right to change our booking conditions and general travel information from time to time as published on our website. You will not be exempt from any terms and conditions unless specifically agreed with us in writing.

Bookings cancelled after confirmation and payment of deposit will incur cancellation fees as a percentage of the total booking cost which will be calculated on the basis of number of days prior to departure that arrangements are cancelled:

• 90-60 days prior to arrival 10%
• 59–30 days prior to arrival 25%
• 29–15 days prior to arrival 50%
• 15 days prior to arrival 100%

It’s your duty to ensure that the travel documents carried by you are correct and true and fair to permit you to travel to India. The travel documents include but are not limited to flight tickets, , valid passport, correct visa for India and any other requirements that may from time to time be required, this list is not limited you can have some other necessary documents as per travel requirements. Rishikesh Vacation in no way be accountable for any modifications to travel arrangements that may arise because of your failure to carry correct documentation. Non arrival in India as a result of incorrect documentation will be treated as a cancellation of travel arrangements by Rishikesh Vacation.

During your tour to India in case you face any complains or if you are facing any problem with your travel arrangements at the same time as you are in India you must immediately inform your guide or one of our staff or house manager so that we may easily be able to attend service issue if any that may arise and promptly be able to rectify it. If you want to complain about a part of our service after you have left India you can do so by communicating in writing within 21 days of your departure from India. Where there are any complaints for services not wholly owned or operated by Rishikesh Vacation we will do our best to communicate and resolve the issue with the relevant supplier during your stay in India. However Rishikesh Vacation is unable to accept responsibility or liability for failures and omissions of its suppliers where it neither owns manages or controls such suppliers. We do however exercise care and attention when selecting and promoting the services of third parties to support your travel arrangements. However any assistance provided by Rishikesh Vacation in resolving a complaint in relation to any arrangements provided by suppliers to Rishikesh Vacation is provided on a goodwill basis and in its capacity as agent for such suppliers.

When you book and travel with Rishikesh Vacation, you accept full responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party to our properties, equipment, staff and vehicles and those of our suppliers. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid to Rishikesh Vacation or its suppliers upon request. Rishikesh Vacation reserve the right to terminate your stay or that of any person travelling with you due to threatening behavior, moral turpitude or conduct which in Rishikesh Vacation Trip's reasonable opinion justifies termination of your travel arrangements and in the event of such termination no refunds will be given. Rishikesh Vacation will not be under any obligation whatsoever to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses you may incur as a result of your stay being terminated.
